Had a great experience purchasing our new "to us" truck. I reached out to the dealership and they sent me to Tom Ferrier. Once I told him what type of vehicle we were interested in and what our pre-approv I reached out to the dealership and they sent me to Tom Ferrier. Once I told him what type of vehicle we were interested in and what our pre-approval amount was he was on it! He sent us a few options of what the dealership had at the time, but they just wasn't enough to bring us in to look at. Few days later Tom calls me and emails me to tell me that they just got a truck in from a trade in. He said you have to come see this truck before it goes. So, we looked at the truck Friday evening and fell in love with it, signed the papers on Saturday and took the Truck home on Monday. Now that was a fast and easy transaction. Tom was very helpful and informative when we picked the truck up. He sent it through maintenance, had it cleaned and made sure the tank was full before he let us drive it home. The C Wimberly Team was also very friendly and helpful with the process. We are excited about our new truck! Thank you Tom & the C Wimberly Ford Team for helping us find the right vehicle that exceeded our expectations.
