My lease buyout experience was not as pleasant as the previous leases/purchases I have made in the past. I felt as though staff was rather pushy initially wanting to order a 2023 vehicle before ever ask previous leases/purchases I have made in the past. I felt as though staff was rather pushy initially wanting to order a 2023 vehicle before ever asking if I wanted to buyout my lease or lease another truck. Then when I said I was looking to buyout early, but wanted to check interest rates first, they wanted me to sign right away. I was just checking my interest rates first. Next, when they looked into a second company for interest rates and I had already check with my bank (whose rate was lower) I was asked “you wouldn’t go for 0.05% difference, that would work better for us. That is my money and I am the customer. It’s what works best for myself and my family, not your financial guy. It made me want to take my business elsewhere. I was also never offered any warranties on my vehicle. I end up utilizing my bank at an even lower interest rate. They sent CWimberly a check. I paid taxes and fees with a personal check. It did not appear to be a huge hassle. Bryan was pleasant at the signing, Will was short and too the point. Overall, the last day was ok, but the time leading up to signing left little to be desired.
