Took my RAV4 in for service. Saw a very cool car while I was waiting. In fact I never sat down until I test drove the cool car! Then I bought the cool car! Dalton Miller was our sales representative (assistant buyer, really), and he did not disappoint! Dalton was professional through the whole process and kept his word. He had good communication before the buyer, really), and he did not disappoint! Dalton was professional through the whole process and kept his word. He had good communication before the sale; he kept us informed of when the new vehicle will arrive. The vehicle was exactly as described and exactly what we wanted. He also kept his word on the price. Dalton took the time to go over the vehicles features and show us all the bells and whistles. At no time did we feel any "sales pressure".
