I want to clarify this: Dalton Turner was phenomenal to work with, and there was zero pressure. My problem was as a whole of the dealership that I bought a certified pre-owned Honda. I understood that this work with, and there was zero pressure. My problem was as a whole of the dealership that I bought a certified pre-owned Honda. I understood that this was a used car and that I would not be buying a brand-new car. I didn't have the car for even a week and discovered the tires on the rear were bald, to the point that the bands were showing; it's also in severe need of an alignment and a few other things that should have been included in the "certified pre-owned" classification and the inspection in order to have it listed as such. While they replaced the tires, I still have to find my own alignment place, and I'm going to have another mechanic look at the car to see what they have missed on their "certified" inspection. While I enjoy the car, I am disappointed that I went for the certification, thinking it would serve me better in the long run. All it has done is show that it's a fancy way to earn more money from you. So yes, absolutely work with Dalton Turner, but buyers beware of their pencil-whipping of the certified inspections. More
