Efficient and Enjoyable Car Purchase Experience I needed to find and purchase a new car on an unfortunately short timeframe and I dreaded the process. A friend of mine recommended Frank Criniti and I needed to find and purchase a new car on an unfortunately short timeframe and I dreaded the process. A friend of mine recommended Frank Criniti and told me that Frank would offer me the best price and make it a painless process. I was skeptical but willing to see if Frank could deliver better than other car purchasing experiences in the past where the sales person makes a "best offer" and then there is the back and forth with the a sales manager and a lot of wasted time and trust to get to what you hope is a fair deal (can you get the sense of how much I dreaded the car buying process). After my friend connected me with Frank, it wasn't long before I realized that Frank and his team were going to deliver on my friend's promise and they would try their best to get me in the right new car and for a fair price. After a few texts back and forth with questions to determine that I was looking for, I recieved a quote from Frank that really was a best offer. I came in for a test drive and Justin Trader was so helpful and patient explaining the features of the CRV and answering my questions. He also arranged for an appraisal of my trade in that I found to be a fair offer. For just an hours worth of time I left Piazza Honda with a good feeling and hoping that my research of a few other dealers and other cars would confirm that I was getting the best deal I could. It was back the next night to make the purchase and Frank, Justin and Damian helped me complete my first painless car buying experience with a good number of laughs and knowledge of how to operate all my new features on this great car. I would recommend them to anyone! More
