I purchased my 2020 Honda Pilot from Frank Crinite of Piazza Honda back in March 2020 right before the world changed with the pandemic. It was a great experience, not the stereotypical car buying where Piazza Honda back in March 2020 right before the world changed with the pandemic. It was a great experience, not the stereotypical car buying where you waste your whole day and there is back and forth negotiating etc. Frank was fair, honest, transparent, and made it easy to do business. It was no-pressure, no nonsense, no gimmicks. I’ve referred friends and family and will definitely purchase from Frank in the future. He made sure I was happy throughout the car buying experience, even encouraging me to get the color, features, etc that I really wanted and do it right the first time so I would have no regrets. I’m 3 years in and still love the Pilot, the color, the features etc. 2 years left on the loan, and I’ll own it free and clear, which will be a great feeling. But I’ll eventually need to replace my other vehicle and Frank will be who I call. More
