Took vehicle in because check engine light came on. I made sure the gas cap was on tightly but the light stayed on. I was charged a diagnostic fee but the service rep told me they were unable to pinpoi I made sure the gas cap was on tightly but the light stayed on. I was charged a diagnostic fee but the service rep told me they were unable to pinpoint the problem and recommended that I purchase a new gas cap if the light came on. I left with no clear answer but had greasy handprints on the front fender and gas cap door (I had washed the car the day before I took it in). I put gas in yesterday and the check engine light didn't come on so I haven't purchased a new cap. I'm still not sure what the problem might be. More

Damian did a great job getting me in and out in the am. He also tried to resolve an issue with title registration. Was responsive via text and worked to get my vehicle back to me asap. Kenny Ross Mazda always provides quick and reliable service to my vehicle. Service Managers kept me in the loop as my car was serviced. Recommended additional services but were not 'pushy'.
