I contacted the dealership and was told the brakes had just been changed, yet a month later the same issue continues. In addition, I reported multiple small dents and paint issues on the vehicle the same day I received it, and weeks later along with a non-working USB port in the center console. Despite reaching out several times and leaving messages for management, I have not received any follow-up or resolution. I expected better communication and accountability after purchasing a vehicle. These issues were brought to their attention early on, and it’s disappointing that they remain unaddressed. I hope this dealership takes customer concerns more seriously moving forward More
