First off, pricing transparency is laughable. Expect to be hit with a $900+ fee for a fabric protection in your vehichle. Second, after initial discussions with the finance team, we were given a range on the interest rate would could expect. We were told he was 'confident' it wouldn't end up higher than that. Of course it did. Third- and most importantly, their pre-certification can't be relied on. We purchased a 2021 Kia Forte there, that they pre-certified. Within days of having the car, we began having problems with it. It has now been rougly 6 weeks and the car has been in the shop more than it has been available to drive. More
