My experience with this dealership was one of the most disappointing and disrespectful encounters I’ve ever had. I was patient, polite, and cooperative, but once their mistake became obvious and started c disappointing and disrespectful encounters I’ve ever had. I was patient, polite, and cooperative, but once their mistake became obvious and started costing me money, their attitude completely changed. They brushed me off, talked down to me, and made it clear that they had no intention of helping someone like me fix the problem they created. If you come from an immigrant background or speak English as your second language, be extremely careful — you will not receive the same level of service or respect here. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone who wants honest treatment or basic human decency. More
