In fact, the two employees that I encountered in the Service Center both said disparaging remarks about the Lyric and electric cars , primarily stating that they would never purchase one. Why make these unsolicited negative remarks from a customer who just purchased a Lyric. I’d never recommend Ettleson to anyone. More
