Our experience At Lovering Volvo in Nashua was great. Although the inventory was a bit low due to the supply chain issues, the Sales Manager Dan Carlen helped my wife and I find the perfect Volvo for ou Although the inventory was a bit low due to the supply chain issues, the Sales Manager Dan Carlen helped my wife and I find the perfect Volvo for our needs. Dan didn’t pressure us one bit to make any decisions, only provided options for us. He worked hard to find us the color and options that we were looking for.. We were able to leave with our new Volvo the same day. Our experience with the Business Manager, Briana Tompkins was also a pleasure. She was direct, no pressure and thorough. If you are in the market for a new car or specifically a Volvo, I would highly recommend Lovering Volvo in Nashua. More

I had my 2019 Volvo XC60 in for the 20k service today. My service advisor Chris was wonderful! They serviced my car quickly and washed it before I left. Outstanding service as always. This review is 3 years late, but I wanted to share the excellent integrity and service of Lovering Nashua. I had a great purchase experience when I bought my first Volvo, a XC90 from Lovering. I remember excellent integrity and service of Lovering Nashua. I had a great purchase experience when I bought my first Volvo, a XC90 from Lovering. I remember also having a great delivery experience when the car was ready to take home. The XC90 has been great, but as I live 1 hour from Nashua, I service at a Volvo dealer 15 min from where I live. Last week my tire developed a slow leak, and my car needed new tires. My local Volvo dealer realized I did not have the wheel lock key to remove the tire. Although I have never serviced that car at Lovering or talked with them in over 3 years, and my Salesperson had left, I gave Dan Carlen (Sales Manager) a call and he took care of it no questions asked. When I brought the car by, the Lovering Service Dept was already briefed by Sales (Dave Giardi) on the situation, and even offered a loaner as they matched the wheel lock key. Sales took care of the costs without me even asking. I was in and out in under an hour, and key in hand! Let's remember this a full 3 years after taking delivery of this car! Chris holt in service was excellent! For an industry where all sales are final even on new cars, Lovering stands out. Especially since I do not need even service with them, and I had the XC90 for 3 years already. My other Volvo is coming off lease, and I will definitely be doing business with them again! (While waiting I also spoke to Rich in sales, and he was very knowledgeable about the product and even followed up with me through email to establish a relationship for lease-end discussions) Thank you Lovering! I wish I lived closer!!! More

I would love to say that I really hate car shopping, I would rather buy 5 houses then to deal with car salesman. However, I just bought a vehicle from dan Carlin at lovering Volvo.
