I’ve always scheduled my cars to get serviced at Great Lakes Toyota / Subaru and I’ve had great service, even with my longtime friend and sales person Mike Goebel. Today I was greeted by the service department and I have a new Camry and I’ve had my last 2 oil changes free of charge, and was promise the one today was free as well by the scheduling department and told that I would have them free of charge till 25K. The service person today did not honor that, and actually had a, sorry take it or leave attitude. I would have never brought my car in today, not knowing it wasn’t free. I would have chose another convenient time, as my mileage is 24640. Now I’m possibly considering other places to get my service done. More
