Throughout his career, Daniel has worked across nearly every side of the dealership, progressing from Sales Professional to Finance Manager and now Sales Manager at Speck Hyundai. That experience has given him extensive knowledge of automotive sales, finance and insurance, aftermarket products, deal structuring, customer service, Hyundai vehicles, and social media marketing. While Daniel brings a wide range of automotive expertise to the table, he considers his greatest specialty to be people. He believes buying a vehicle should be exciting and enjoyable, not intimidating. His approach is simple: make car buying fun, communicate clearly, and treat every customer like a friend. I was visiting from out of town when the engine light on my 2013 Hyundai Accent came on. I checked the vitals — all good — and the car was running/driving fine. But didn't want to drive home to Pullman with my 2013 Hyundai Accent came on. I checked the vitals — all good — and the car was running/driving fine. But didn't want to drive home to Pullman with the light still on. I took the vehicle to O'Reily for a free scan — no results. Decided to visit Speck Hyundai down the street. The service I received there was EXCEPTIONAL. The service lady greeted me warmly, talked to me while I waited for the technician, and when the technician did arrive, he diagnosed the car quickly, solved the light issue, and ensured me the car was safe to drive — and no charge. I could not be more pleased with my visit, the service and attention I received, and I will always HIGHLY recommend Speck Hyundai in Tri-Cities. Thank you! More
