I had a scheduled appointment for an annual service call for my BMW X1 at 10:40 am. The service consultant was rude. The crew took off an hour for lunch without finishing my car and I had to wait in the w for my BMW X1 at 10:40 am. The service consultant was rude. The crew took off an hour for lunch without finishing my car and I had to wait in the waiting room. A service tech called to tell me what service had been given my vehicle and I couldn’t understand a word he said. The BMW was not finished until 2:30. This is inexcusable.I will not be purchasing a BMW at Kuni again. More

I brought my '05 325Ci into the Kuni BMW Service Department for the airbag recall procedure, and the process was great. Our service advisor, Dan Daily, is a total Pro! He's highly knowledgeable abou Department for the airbag recall procedure, and the process was great. Our service advisor, Dan Daily, is a total Pro! He's highly knowledgeable about our vehicles, has a great attitude, and explains our car's service needs clearly. I was given the use of a loaner vehicle, which was spotless and clean. I feel that the safety steps Kuni takes to ensure a clean and safe environment during this pandemic are thorough, thoughtful and consistent. Great job once again! More

Great prompt service and courteous staff I recently had my BMW in for routine service. Dan in the service dept was very prompt getting me checked in. The work was completed in timely manner I recently had my BMW in for routine service. Dan in the service dept was very prompt getting me checked in. The work was completed in timely mannered my car was cleaned inside and out when I picked it up. Really great experience and I would recommend Kuni to other BMW owners. More

Charged for services I didn't approve verbally. So i went on line to scheduled a appointment for an OIL Change that I only requested when I booked my appointment, went in to drop off my car, and Da So i went on line to scheduled a appointment for an OIL Change that I only requested when I booked my appointment, went in to drop off my car, and Dan showed me the recommendation that the technician said he recommended to get down, into our conversation with Dan there was no verbal approval for the air filters to get done Only the oil change. So on Wednesday morning I get a text message with a link to a recommendation report from Dan which I did opened the report and saw a 401.00 amount due, that's when I texted Dan and specially told him that i was only getting an Oil change and no air filters done, and his response was those were only recommendations that the technician suggested to get done. Dan never knowledge that fact that i mentioned in my message " OIL CHANGE ONLY" I have never had an issue with Grant in communication he's been super helpful and great customer service on the other hand while I was standing next to Dan's desk hearing his conversation with someone on the phone he was super rude and raising his voice at the person he was talking to which doesn't suprises me, he did that to me on the phone when I called him about the servers I didn't approve. What happened to customer service?? Great way to represent Kuni BMW Dan Dailey!!! More
