Over Priced Oil Change I was charged $180+ for a basic oil and filter change. After I spoke to Dan Davenport, Service Manger, he agreed to refund a portion of the service ch I was charged $180+ for a basic oil and filter change. After I spoke to Dan Davenport, Service Manger, he agreed to refund a portion of the service charge. This refund brought my total to $137.85; which is better than the original charge, but still ridiculous for an oil and filter change. I am able to get an Infiniti QX80 changed for $65 at the dealership and a Chevrolet Corvette changed for $105 at the dealership; both of which are premium synthetic grade oils and a larger volume than my C300. There is absolutely no reason a customer should be charged $180 for a basic oil change. And another suggestion, provide an estimate for the expected service when the car is dropped off and the service ticket is written. I definitely wouldn’t have had my oil changed at this dealership if I was provided this information. Instead the response I received when I picked up my car was “oil prices have gone up”. More

Great customer service all the time! I purchased my first Mercedes Benz about 10 years ago and started bringing it in to be serviced by Mr. Dan. He was a very honest person and always gre I purchased my first Mercedes Benz about 10 years ago and started bringing it in to be serviced by Mr. Dan. He was a very honest person and always greeted me with respect. I'm on my 3rd Mercedes now due to my 2nd being flooded out in 2016. Mr.D'Arcy has been my service advisor for at least the last 5 years and he is just as honest and helpful as Mr.Dan was 10 years ago. I always see Mr.Dan when I come in for service because he is now the service manager and his office is situated openly so that you can visiably see him and as a customer it gives me great comfort to know that he's able to see,greet and be available to customers. The waiting area is simply the best; computer access, refreshments, TV and a massage chair. The Best Service in Baton Rouge!! More

Fabulous dealership! I have always said Baton Rouge Mercedes is the nicest dealer I've ever been involved with.
