I made an appointment to pick up the new vehicle and headed to the dealership. Upon walking in I was greeted immediately buy a friendly associate, got with Ryan right away to check out the new car, he got a few items from me and had me sit down with finance minutes later. Dan Fernstrom was very efficient and explained everything in detail..... I was in and out in minutes. My experience at the Audi Exchange is hands down the best I have had, love the new S4.... While the final paperwork was being completed, Ramzi showed me my car and it was everything I expected...absolutely beautiful! Working with Dan was a great pleasure too, and while working with him on my financing, Ramzi took the time to program my phone in the new vehicle's system. I have shopped and purchased many autos in the past and am aware of many techniques unscrupulous dealers use. I had knowledge of vehicle cost, dealer cost, holdback and the current inventories of Chicagoland dealers. I contacted John and there was no pressure, no haggling, no nonsense, he didn't have to ask a manager to make a deal. We came in and he showed us a number of vehicles that we were interested in and others available. The F & I manager Dan Fernstrom made presentations of the additional products offered and was not pushy or obstinate about it. John Hinojosa our salesman also spent over two hours demonstrating all of the features of the vehicle with a followup visit scheduled. The premises are clean, the employees are well mannered, a very open format and there are nice amenities in the customer waiting area. The general manager Mario Rogic communicated with us later and was very helpful in following up a positive experience. More
