The Audi Exchange is THE best dealership The Audi Exchange is one of the best dealerships that I have EVER dealt with..I have purchased 4 cars through them and couldn't be happier..my salesma The Audi Exchange is one of the best dealerships that I have EVER dealt with..I have purchased 4 cars through them and couldn't be happier..my salesman, Lucas Kielar, was absolutely wonderful..he has a great demeanor along with 100% knowledge of the car I purchased..Ryan Meegan, who I have worked with previously, is ALWAYS friendly and attentive during a transaction and even when I stop in for a great cup of coffee and car wash..Dan in finance was very nice, super and efficient. The Audi Exchange is a top notched dealership from service to sales..I can't stop buying cars from them! Anyone looking for an Audi (new,leased,pre-owned) trust me there is no other dealership that can offer you the the ongoing excellent experience like they can.. they keep me very happy and I'm pretty particular :) More

Ramzi and The Exchange are the best! I chose to start my Audi car search at the Audi Exchange due to the plethora of 5 star reviews on cars.com, dealerrater.com, etc. My search started t I chose to start my Audi car search at the Audi Exchange due to the plethora of 5 star reviews on cars.com, dealerrater.com, etc. My search started there and ended there because Ramzi Amawi and The Exchange met my expectations from the very get-go: from the first email I sent them inquiring about a Q5 to the handshakes I received before I drove off with my new Q5. In a few words, they are simply amazing. And yes - I'm talking about a car dealership! When I first started my search for a Q5, inventory of a Q5 3.0T was low - these babies were selling like hotcakes! The Exchange didn't have anymore Q5 3.0Ts on the lot. So Ramzi patiently went through the list of Q5s that they were expecting to receive in 3-4 weeks until we found one that I was happy with. He offered me an incredible price for it and I was sold. During the month wait, Ramzi always responded right away to my emails and texts asking him for status updates - even on his days off. After an excruciating month of waiting, my car finally arrived! The paperwork, trade-in, and financing (all the things most of us dread about buying a car) went so smooth and quick, the whole transaction was done in less than an hour. Dan Fernstrom in finance is such a great guy, he is definitely one of the reasons why buying at car at the Exchange was so painless. If you're in the market for an Audi, you won't regret going to Ramzi at The Exchange. More

We have exclusively driven the VW/Audi brand vehicles for almost 20 years...due to our line of business, we are pretty informed about these vehicles and when it comes time to purchase, it is hard to find a s almost 20 years...due to our line of business, we are pretty informed about these vehicles and when it comes time to purchase, it is hard to find a salesman/woman who truly knows the brand they are selling, it's frustrating when you know more about the vehicle than the salesperson. Lucas Kielar is VERY knowledgeable, he was able to answer every question we had and did his best to make us happy purchasing our Q7, we felt we left the dealership with a great vehicle and the best deal we could have possibly received. First and foremost THANK YOU. I hadn't purchsed a car since I gratuated from college so I really wasn't sure what to expect. I had the oppurtunity to work with Ryan Meegan and Lucas Kielar and I couldn't since I gratuated from college so I really wasn't sure what to expect. I had the oppurtunity to work with Ryan Meegan and Lucas Kielar and I couldn't have been easier or happier with the experience. I work in sales myself and I found it very refreshing to work with people that value a positive customer experience. Both Ryan and Lucas were beyone helpful, attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. I hate to say it but I find this harder and harder to find and did not have similiar experiences at other dealerships. I was looking to upgrade my current vechile and needless to say many people had a preconceived notion and attitude when working with me. My Husband and I couldn't be happier with our purchase and look forward to working with Ryan and Lucas again in the years to come. More

Working with Drew Malone was hands down the best car buying experience we have ever had. From the first time he contacted me until we picked up the Q7 Drew was at our disposal. On his days off and lat buying experience we have ever had. From the first time he contacted me until we picked up the Q7 Drew was at our disposal. On his days off and late at night he would respond to emails, phone calls, and texts. From the very beginning he offered us a great deal. Other salesmen played games and getting an offer was difficult, but with Drew his very first offer was great. He was always patient and eager to please. He went out and found the exact car we wanted and had it within a few days. As soon as we arrived to pick-up the car he wanted to make sure we got out quickly and went to help with finishing up the detailing. That is going above and beyond. He took his time going over the features of the vehicle and has been in contact with us several times asking if we were happy with the vehicle and if there was anything else he could do. He is a pleasant person to deal with and will definitely be getting a call when I go to buy my next car. We came in with a check from our personal Chase branch and were ready to do a deal. Dan said he may be able to get us a better rate than the 2.79% and ran some numbers and came back with an approved rate of 1.9%, still through Chase. Thats a big difference and was well worth the time we spent with him. Dan and Drew made the car buying experience excellent. I expected since we were buying an Audi that there would not be much negotiating room and we were pleasantly surprised with the deal we received. Other dealerships would only offer half of what Drew offered us off the MSRP. Not only that, other dealerships had sales people that were quite arrogant. Hopefully Drew remains his pleasant self and stays at the Audi Exchange because I would not want to buy a car from anyone else. We live in Palos Heights which is a good 45-50 miles away from the Audi Exchange, in Highland Park, but it was well worth the drive to get the treatment that we received. We could have went down the street 5 miles to the Orland Park Audi, but there sales people were no where near as nice. They lied and said they were a Costco qualified dealership, which according to Costco was a lie. Orland will do and say whatever to get your business, but Drew and everyone I have come into contact with at the Audi Exchange has been very courteous and professional. More

My husband and I had done some online research about a used vehicle that was at this dealership. We were greeted enthusiastically by Ramzi. We shared some friendly conversation with him and discussed the used vehicle that was at this dealership. We were greeted enthusiastically by Ramzi. We shared some friendly conversation with him and discussed the information he knew about the vehicle. He was always very professional and courteous even when presented with a few obstacles along the way. He kept in contact via phone and email to ensure that I all options had been explored in order for me to make this purchase. He has continued to make himself available for any questions and concerns even after the purchase. Dan was very nice and very thorough when going over all the paperwork and details during the actual purchase. The only "ding" I would place in my "overall experience" would be to say while we were treated nicely and checked on frequently, we were kind of left on our own to figure out the "bells and whistles" of the vehicle. So we have actually had to gather most of our information from the books provided. Overall, thus far, I am enjoying my very first Audi. It is an A4 Cabriolet convertible and my introduction to this brand was great because of this dealership. Thank you Ramzi and Dan! My next visit will definitely be to purchase a brand new one, just gimme a couple of years! More

Ramzi immediately addressed my needs and was very helpful in finding a car that I desired and was in a fair price range. His work was of the utmost quality; he even went above and beyond my expectations to retrieve service reports for our vehicle from another dealership. He treated me with great respect throughout the entire process. After the deal was finished I walked away with not only a great car, but also the best car buying experience I've ever had. Big thanks and I'll definitely be coming back in the future. More

After visiting a local dealership, we were not happy with their customer service. I found Audi Exchange on the internet and was put in touch with Ramzi. Ramzi was very knowledgeable and friendly. We worke their customer service. I found Audi Exchange on the internet and was put in touch with Ramzi. Ramzi was very knowledgeable and friendly. We worked together over the phone and by email. He provided the detail we were looking for, helped us to find the most we could get for what we wanted to spend. In addition, when we arrived to pick up our vehicle. He took the time to talk us through the options on the vehicle and how things worked. He made the car buying process that we all dread a pleasant one! More

Prior to March of 2013, we had not done business with The Exchange. Ramzi Amawi represents the dealership extremely well with his professionalism, courtesy, responsiveness and knowledge of the benefits of t Exchange. Over the past four months, we have purchased two vehicles from Ramzi and could not be more pleased with the decision. In both cases, he patiently spent time acquainting us with the features of the vehicles. The level of service and attention we have received from Ramzi after the purchases has been far superior than we have received from Sales Associates from dealerships we have dealt with in the past. We live in the northwest suburbs and don't mind driving 45 minutes in order to receive this level of service. After driving Mercedes, BMW, Lexus and Infiniti, we are committed to Audi and The Exchange due to the terrific service received from Ramzi Amawi and Ryan Meegan.
