I took my Toyota 4-Runner in for service bc service light was on. Cracked Manifold. Ugggg It took longer than expected bc it’s a 2007 4-Runner (I bought from them) and some bolts were rusted on. They ga was on. Cracked Manifold. Ugggg It took longer than expected bc it’s a 2007 4-Runner (I bought from them) and some bolts were rusted on. They gave me a Highlander to drive for free. My Toyota I4-Runner has been a great vehicle and have had no issues with it. When I came to pick it up they had it detailed inside and out. That is great Customer Service. When I buy a new 4 Runner, I will buy it from them and I will have them service it. Highly Recommend More

My daughter gos in for a transmission fluid changed asked them if they was going to change the external trans filter got told car dosen't have one cause he was to lazy to look I sent her with the Part number them if they was going to change the external trans filter got told car dosen't have one cause he was to lazy to look I sent her with the Part number for the filter and told her to tell him it's on backside of transmission..he tells her it's fake..after he snaps her hood plum off of car and throws it in back seat off her 2010 civic..charged her $119 for fluid change and sent her on her way..I tried to call up there and couldn't even talk to nobody. Like a ghost town. I will be putting this review every where I can and letting all my friends and family know how you do business..parts fake you have got to be joking..do better hire real mechanics.. More

Terrible Experience! We have bought 5 Toyotas from Allan Nott and were always treated well until now! We brought my 2002 Beetle in for a new alternator. After they put it We have bought 5 Toyotas from Allan Nott and were always treated well until now! We brought my 2002 Beetle in for a new alternator. After they put it in I called for a shuttle. The receptionist told me I had to call myself and proceeded to give me his personal cell number. I have never had to call fir a shuttle myself. After I got in the car I started it and the battery light came on. They got in it and drove it around to the mechanic and the light went out. I drive it home and parked it and it would not restart. I called the service department and Dan was extremely rude when spoke with me. I have never been treated so poorly. I asked him if I could talk to someone above him and he said there was no one above him. We will never buy another car from Allan Nott. More

Simply rude and terrible. I went in to have some interior concerns addressed and I've been there 6 times and every time they continue to say the issue has been fixed. Finally g I went in to have some interior concerns addressed and I've been there 6 times and every time they continue to say the issue has been fixed. Finally got tired of it and called toyota directly to get this issue resolved and they sent a field tech to the dealership and issue still is not resolved. After they supposedly fixed the issues I noticed that some of my trim pieces were missing clips or broken so I contacted the service manager and went in and was confronted by Dan and was told that since I had contacted Toyota directly and supposedly called them incompetent, which I didn't they no longer wanted to deal with me and Dan was very rude and and uncourteous to me and how he went about talking to me about replacing the clips and ordering the plastic trim pieces they broke while in their care. was completely unnecessarily rude and then Jeff the service manager had the audacity to tell me that they just want me to be happy with the car then hmm I don't know maybe stop giving me the run around so they don't have to deal with it. I will no longer buy or take anything to get serviced there. Only way that they seem to truly care is based upon how much money you spent on a car there so if you plan on getting a $40k car there then you'll be all taken care of but if you buy a lower trim model like I did you will be sadly disappointed. More

Horrible Service The service department told me my van had a recall so I brought it in to them. It turns out my van didn't qualify for the recall. So they called me The service department told me my van had a recall so I brought it in to them. It turns out my van didn't qualify for the recall. So they called me up and said my van was done and I owed $104.00 for a diagnostic charge. Totally dishonest. They didn't even bother to offer to fix the problem I was having with the van. All they did was shut off the check engine light and to me to bring it back in if it came on again. Had they had any customer service skills what so ever they would have explained why my van wasn't part of the recall and offered to go ahead and fix the problem at their normal service charge, not charge me $104.00 for nothing. More
