Hi Cody, We are very sorry to hear about your recent negative experience with us. We certainly do not want our customers to feel like they're the recipient of a bait-and-switch tactic. Instead, we strive to be as honest and transparent as we can. We are sorry that you felt talked down to and that you didn't feel the value given for your vehicle was enough. Often, an amount offered online can differ from an amount given at our store, simply due to the condition of the vehicle in-person.
