EXCELLS IN CUSTOMER SERVICE, HONESTY AND MOST FRIENDLY On arrival at Newton Nissan South I was met at the door. I asked for Jamie Robinson and without hesitation the salesman had him called. The Front desk lady was very pleasurable and courteous to my wife an I. We really felt that good old Southern Hospitality. We then met for the first time Mr. Robinson. I spoke to him on the telephone approximately 6 months ago and he treated me so well that I returned to Newton Nissan South (aka.NNS)because of the prior experience I had with him. Mr. Robinson was very courteous, honest, upfront and friendly. I have been purchasing vehicle for 43 years and have never received the excellent and caring treatment that I received at NNS.I have purchased at Acura and in 2015 purchased an Infinity and Cool Springs Infinity which is a good dealership. Hands down the CUSTOMER SERVICE AT NNS outshines any other. Mr. Robinson wrote down what or needs were and without any pressure showed us some of the options we had and made recommendations. He presented to the Sales Manager (I believe it was Dan Goguen) Mr. Goguen gave us options n financing that bested all the options had obtained from other dealers and internet prices. Many dealers are untrustworthy and provide quotes just to get you in the door. This is not NNS. The Sales Manager worked hard and gave us what we needed. We didn't have to give numerous counter offers like we have in other dealers other during our lifetime of purchasing vehicles. We then went to Mr. Joel Marks the finance Manager. Showed us different options and the process was quick. Again no pressure on use of what could happen if you "don't do this" like other dealerships do. Also the agreed price with Mr. Robinson and Mr. Goguen was the price at the signing. On numerous occasions the Finance Manager ends up changing the price. This has happened to me at very well known dealerships like Infinity of Coolsprings Tn. My wife and I had a great time talking to Mr. Marks. What a nice and pleasurable person. The purchase went so well that i wish that thedealership was close to our home to once ina while visit these guys. We were treated with respect and never talked down to. The dealer had aperson that worked as doorman. He was also very pleasurable. They have drinks, coffe, granola bars, and other snacks. Again the service as a whole is superb and excells any dealership I ave ever visited and I am 60 years old. The General Manager and OWNER (Mr. Mike Castro) and Mr. Robinson contacted me several days later to let me know that if we needed anything to let them know. When has the owner of a dealership made contact to offer assistance? Never and it was a direct via to him. I took time to write this review because I was so impressed by their service. I will recommend this dealership to everyone I know. My family and I highly recomend this dealer. This will be the dealer we will go to to purchase our vehicles. When you enter the dealer you can see all of the awards they have for customer service. The definetely earned them. Thank to all of the employees of NNS and for the service you provide. You are all "GREAT" keep serving with the excellence and care you do. You set the standards for all others. More
