Our previous purchase from him was such a pleasant experience, I figured going back to him would be the best choice. We were not disappointed. He is cordial and professional, and remembered what was important to us in our vehicle needs from our last purchase. He is laid back, knowledgeable and genuinely concerned in finding us the right match. While we stepped down from a Grand Cherokee to a Cherokee and we couldn't be happier with our choice. Awesome! 100% stress free. Sales manager insisted we stay to since we were already there. The whole process took MAYBE an hour... We weren't too optimistic considering certain challenges, but we were offered more than expected for my trade, a much lower rate than expected, and payments that essentially matched what we were already paying for a lesser vehicle. Al together... Awesome experience! More
