If I could give zero, I would. Worst service my wife has ever experienced and she not one to even voice a complaint. This guy has no customer service skills and was basically a waste of time to deal with. My wife was there for warranty work, a Subaru extended warranty. She reported her brakes were mushy and ask for them to be checked. They told her the brakes were fine by looking at the brake pedal and said if the pads were bad they’d squeak. REALLY? How stupid do you think people are and shame on you for taking advantage of a woman. There were several other similar issues she reported that were treated in the same fashion. Sounds to me like they are not honoring their warranty. Just another dishonest car dealership. More

I was considering replacing my Impreza with a new Crosstrek. I spoke to the salesperson and even gave him the keys to my car so they could give me a fair tread in value. The manager came back with a Crosstrek. I spoke to the salesperson and even gave him the keys to my car so they could give me a fair tread in value. The manager came back with a tread in value that is half of the actual value. I am sorry but I have a problem with dishonesty. I liked my Impreza which I had for nine years but I can no longer trust the Subaru dealer. I have since traded my Impreza for a BMW and was offered slightly more than fair trade in value due to the condition and low milage. More

This oil change and tire rotation on my Forester likely set a world record! I was still speaking to my service advisor about my Subaru when it rolled up service completed!
