I was not provided details of anything done to the maintenance of the car. I was only told my car was ready. No information was given as to what was done to my car! I had to ask if the tires had been maintenance of the car. I was only told my car was ready. No information was given as to what was done to my car! I had to ask if the tires had been rotated because I was asked if I wanted them to be when I scheduled the appointment over the phone with the receptionist. I told her that I did want them rotated and especially if it was included in my maintenance package. She did not give me an answer. No questions were asked of me regarding concerns by the service tech guy. Nothing! A few days after getting my car back I had issues with my a/c and radio malfunctioning which I have not had before. This has been the 3rd maintenance service and 3rd Subaru dealership and it is by far the worst one. I am very concerned now for the condition of my Outback and need to figure out how to go about getting my concerns addressed. More

I really don’t like these surveys. How do I know anything was done to my car? I know they replaced the rear hatch pistons. Am I to assume, if my car doesn’t breakdown, they must be doing something? I have almost 5 years & 72k miles on my tires ( 2 sets free with purchase), I have to wait to 3/32nds of tread remaining for a new free set of tires, but I feel under 5/32nds remaining is unsafe, especially in the Arizona heat. Will I receive free roadside service if I have a blowout? Having said all that, the Subaru Forester, is a fantastic vehicle! Did I say how much I hate these surveys? Dan Halliburton is fantastic!! More
