The service center was ready and waiting when I arrived. The folks at Peoria Subaru are super! Appointments are easy to make, convenient for the caller. They were ready to take the vehicle when I drove in. The folks at Peoria Subaru are super! Appointments are easy to make, convenient for the caller. They were ready to take the vehicle when I drove in. The waiting area was pleasant and nice. After a spell, they notified me the work would be longer than expected. A ride home was provided. After the work was completed a phone call notified me a driver was on his way to pick me up. My vehicle was ready and waiting when we arrived at the dealer. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. These folks and their service are GREAT!!! More

Excellent customer service and attention to details. Dan was extremely helpful in explaining all that needed to be done for my 100,000 mile servicing.
