Poor from start to finish I called on 11.2.19 to verify warranty information and parts needed. I scheduled my appointment on November 4th for November 6th. When I arrived I l I called on 11.2.19 to verify warranty information and parts needed. I scheduled my appointment on November 4th for November 6th. When I arrived I learned the part was not ordered and it would be two days. When I called on the 8th to see if it was ready, they said they didn't even have the part yet. The part finally came in on November 11th and I didn't get the part until Tuesday the 12th. It took 10 days for a simple part. More

Not the best experience My latest experience at Peoria Subaru was not the greatest to say the least. Friendliness of staff when I dropped my vehicle off was not there. I felt My latest experience at Peoria Subaru was not the greatest to say the least. Friendliness of staff when I dropped my vehicle off was not there. I felt like I was interrupting something much more important that the service writer needed to be doing. When I asked questions about the service I felt berated by his answers. Like I was stupid for asking them or having concerns. Additionally, the parts employee didn't order all the parts I needed when I called. Thus, my service appointment took longer than expected so they could order all the parts required. I understand things happen, but this was the worst experience I have had at this dealership. They were all smiles when collecting the thousand dollars I owed for the service visit. Just cheery as could be. More

Unnecessary services-equipment! I went to Peoria Subaru to get the oil changed and asked them to look the vehicle over because my daughter and I will be driving to California for Tha I went to Peoria Subaru to get the oil changed and asked them to look the vehicle over because my daughter and I will be driving to California for Thanksgiving. The Service Advisor walked out to measure the tires and, yes, all four need to be replaced and offered me a good deal, including a $75 rebate. I told him I was going to check the prices with Discount Tires. I went down the street to Discount and after measuring my tires they told me I still have about 10,000 miles on them. No need to replace them at this time. The Dan Halliburton was friendly and polite, but clearly, part of their job is to up-sell. While the offer was tempting, it was misleading but I am sure many older folks fall in the trap. Would recommend this dealership as long as people are prepared to make the right decision about purchasing unnecessary services-equipment! More
