First service was a breeze I took our 2019 Subaru Forester in for the first service and Dan was very helpful and took care of everything in a prompt and efficient manner. The initial sales experience with Luigi was very professional and made the drive from Gilbert to Peoria worth. More

Did not meet expectations for customer service The service was done fine and to standard. The main issue is the lack of customer service. I never got the name of the service person. I pulled in and The service was done fine and to standard. The main issue is the lack of customer service. I never got the name of the service person. I pulled in and waited several minutes for someone to greet me. I was not told how long the work would take. I was not shown to the waiting room, rather was pointed towards a door. While waiting, not greeted me or told me how to access the wifi, there were signs, but I would expect some one how works there to say something. I overheard an employee yell at another employee. The sales people I worked with 3 weeks prior did not even acknowledge me. Above all, I doubt Subaru would be pleased with how this dealership handles its customer service. More

Quick, easy service. I love my Subaru service department. They are really quick at servicing my vehicle, and do a wonderful job.
