I ap The service department was fast and efficient when doing the 40,000 mile check-up and found a problem with one of my new tires being damaged. I appreciate Dan Halliburton (from Service Department) because he tells me ahead of time what they will be doing to my Subaru, how long it will take and the cost. If there is something unexpected as they service my car, he comes to show me the part or pictures of the problem so I know what is happening. Dan showed me the pictures of the huge staple on the inside of my tire and I ordered a new one. It was installed a few days later. More
