New bumper guard installed As part of my new car deal I had requested a bumper guard to protect the tailgate. I had several reminders to bring the car in for installation. Josie As part of my new car deal I had requested a bumper guard to protect the tailgate. I had several reminders to bring the car in for installation. Josie got me in when it was convenient as I have a hundred mile drive. Dan stepped up when I arrived and made sure the job was finished in good time. They did a great job. Looks factory installed. Coffee and fruit and a pleasant place to wait made the time go by quickly. Glad I chose Moore. More

Over Booked I arrived for my service appointment on time and had to wait over two hours for an oil change ... I was told they were backed up because other peopl I arrived for my service appointment on time and had to wait over two hours for an oil change ... I was told they were backed up because other people were LATE - so I was punished for that! There needs to be a way to give priority to people who make an appointment and are ON TIME. More

Routine oil change Dan is always helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. I came in for an oil change and a very dirty car. Peoria Subaru no longer washes customer vehicles on the premises ( a service I greatly miss) and at my last visit, there were no car wash vouchers. Dan said there were no vouchers again, but when I Went back to pick up my vehicle, he had managed to find one somewhere and gave it to me. More
