Amazingly easy! Tillery GMC in Los Lunas is not your usual dealership! Promptly got back to me when I went online..set up a time to come in at my convenience. There I met Donna, my salesperson who matched me up with just what I needed. I told her my budget, wants and needs, and she found what I needed on the lot. No BS, no high pressure, no long wait times. Donna was so courteous and professional. Made the deal, talked with Jason the finance manager, he showed me the terms from several different banks and credit unions and I got to pick what worked for me. In and out in less than 2 1/2 hours. I had my car and now a new to me truck at the same place. Donna went out of her way and drove my other car back to Albuquerque, while I drove the new one back. I was very pleased with the whole experience! More
