Great Service! This time, when I shopped for a vehicle, I wanted to do it over the phone. I called Tillery and spoke to Derek... He was very responsive, got me info very quickly and even sent me a video of the vehicle.... We negotiated over the phone, and he picked me up at the airport in the vehicle and we drove back to the dealership.... To be honest, the video Derek sent me is what sealed the deal. His followup service was excellent and I would HIGHLY recommend purchasing a vehicle from Derek at Tillery! After many new vehicle purchases, Tillery was the best to deal with by far. More

He was very attentive to what I wanted to purchase and the amount I wanted to spend; and, once the purchase was made he took the time to give me a detailed tour of the vehicle and helped me program what needed to be programmed (i.e. blue tooth, radio stations). I have already recommended one other person to contact Dave Spiers since she is in the market for a new vehicle. I will continue to recommend not only Tillery Buick GMC but most definitely Dave Spiers. I look forward to a continued relationship with the staff at Tillery. Rudy is always honest and quotes accurate figures when work is to be done. I can even call Rudy and he will advise me. He knows my driving habits and aids me in making decisions. I encourage other older female friends to use Tillery. Tillery and Rudy are an important part of my quality of life. More
