Pulled in for my regular oil change and was greeted by Carmen. Smiling and happy and ready to help in anyway. Guided me into the shop where I was met with Anthony with a smile as well. Who insured me I wa Carmen. Smiling and happy and ready to help in anyway. Guided me into the shop where I was met with Anthony with a smile as well. Who insured me I was in good hands and so is my vehicle. I partake in the complementary cookies and complementary coffee, coffee, and complementary water. Me and my daughter walked the indoor lot looking at vehicles as she is next to get one. Was excited at the fact that the doors were unlocked for us to look inside and even sit and see how we thought they felt. I know that I’m always in good hands when I go there they’re always truthful and even let me know of a future maintenance that I will need to tackle. Also informed me that the other shop I went to was misleading and that I did not need to get new tires or brakes done quite yet I still had plenty of time. Thank you, Parker Johnson Honda dealership. For not making me feel like a number, but making me feel like family. After you finish your oil change, they give you a complementary car wash at the KISS car wash over by Safeway. Just one of the many bonuses of feeling like family and not a number. More
