Absolutely everything & everyone was phenomenal....hands down the best & least stressful car buying experience I hav I don't even know where to start. Absolutely everything & everyone was phenomenal....hands down the best & least stressful car buying experience I have ever had. I watch Baynews 9 everyday & I pay attention to the commercials. If I have to buy something, I like to spend money in my community. Honestly, there are some companies I will never use because their commercials are basically irritating. Brandon Honda is classy....no yelling, no crazy antics, just sincere talk from the heart. That was one of the reasons I chose to go there. The second & probably most important reason is because I already personally knew Salvador Manalili. I knew he would be straight with me & as a single female, that's important. I often go in places & come out feeling like everything was being "dumbed down" or I was being taken advantage of because I am female. There is none of that at Brandon Honda. Everyone, even people I didn't talk to, meet or shake hands with, smiled & said hello when they passed by. I have been in customer service jobs all my life & it is something that is lived & breathed at Brandon Honda. More

The dealership is very nice, and professionally run, however make sure you get everything you requested before you leave the dealership, because once you leave, your on your own for assistance from this dealership, unfortunately. After my purchase, it was noted that the truck had no headrests on either of the front seats, which can be quite uncomfortable, possibly dangerous, but through texts, conversations, and phone calls with Ron Wright, and Dan Jordy, I was assured this would be resolved by the end of the 1st weekend, so foolishly I signed and drove away in my truck, believing these 2 managers wiould resolve this situation. Since then I have had several more texts, emails to Ron Wright, which now go completely unanswered. I even sent a message to the ask the owner icon online, all to no avail, I finally went into the dealership on Fri 5/23, and asked who I speak to, or email about a complaint. No one even asked what the problem was, the receptionist just gave me a card. They gave me a QA manager's card named Grant Hocking, and I was assured that Brandon Honda takes this very seriously, as of today 5/26, no one has taken this seriously. I am very disappointed, first because this is a great dealership, but they just don't seem to care about their customers after the deal is closed, which is a shame, because this could easily be the best dealership in the Bay area, but sadly it is not currently. More

This was my first time buying a Honda and to be honest, it was such a great experience. The staff went above and beyond what I could ask for from the minute I walked in the door offering me cookies, drink it was such a great experience. The staff went above and beyond what I could ask for from the minute I walked in the door offering me cookies, drinks, and/or food! I loved my salesman Jared Warren who was so kind, friendly, and knowledgable. Even after the car was bought, I had to call Jared because I left something in my old car that I turned in for a trade...he went out of his way to get that item for me. In addition to all of that, there was a slight mixup between myself, sales manager Dan Jordy, and Financial Services Manager Denise Dupelle. I expected it to take days to resolve or not to be resolved at all. Jared, Dan, and Denise were AWESOME and corrected the problem right away!!! This car buying/leasing experience has been nothing but a positive one and Im happy to have made the choice not only to switch to Honda but to go to Brandon Honda!!! More
