I wasn't sure what i wanted and had to work within my Car Allowance. Dan was extremely patient going through all of the options available, pulling different cars around to find then one with the right combination of Features and Colors that I wanted to stay with in my budget. The negotiation for this vehicle was one of the best of any car purchase i have ever made. He used every possible Discount he could for me. Dan stayed in contact with me over a week or so, just checking in, never overwhelming. Worked with me on some some details and we closed the deal. Even got a text picture of it ready to go an hour before i picked it up. The car was spotless and pulled right up front, full tank of gas. Dan went through all the Options in a way i could understand. Dan even set up my OnStar and Cadillac Rewards Accounts for me. I was in and out in under 45 minutes.
