I was kept fully informed of the projected date of delivery and given an update each time a milestone passed. The Jeep arrived within the time frame promised and the closing of the deal and the delivery went very smoothly. The trade-in value of my old Jeep was very fair and within the range that I was hoping for, which is always a plus. Dan, and others, took time to explain all the new features of my new Jeep, of which there were several, and were very knowledgeable of the operation of the new Jeep and were very patient and made sure all my questions were answered.
