This was my first time buying a car from a dealership. Before coming to Hawk I was working out a deal with another dealership that was displaying a lot of deceit and deception in the final stages. My budd Before coming to Hawk I was working out a deal with another dealership that was displaying a lot of deceit and deception in the final stages. My buddy Ron said "let me see what Hawk can do". Hawk Mazda was not the closest dealership but my friend highly recommended them. After speaking with Tim and Dan McCarthy not only were they able to beat the price but they turned a horrible car buying experience into a great one with their fantastic customer service! Dan even said that they would compensate my friend for his referral. As of right now, my friend has not received his compensation but he is not worried because this dealership stands by their word and does not try to trick their customers. They are straight forward which is how the car buying business should be. I am pleased to say that I am now a proud owner of a 2018 Mazda Cx-5 and if anyone I know needs to buy a car I will be sure to send them to Tim and Dan at Hawk in Joliet. More
