New Car As a loyal Toyota customer, I was a little dismayed with the difficulty I had in getting a salesman to assist me. As I had been to the showroom twice As a loyal Toyota customer, I was a little dismayed with the difficulty I had in getting a salesman to assist me. As I had been to the showroom twice while my oil changes were being done and not once did anyone approach me with even a greeting. Many believe it was because I was alone female? I did however send a general email and received a reply that led to bringing my husband out to work with a saleman, as we were serious car buyers. We were pleased with our saleman and did drive away with a new vehicle. I am looking forward to many years with this dealership as I only allow Toyota service departments do anything to my vehicles. We hope to attend the new car reception in Nov. I'm happy this all worked out. Dan was aware of our tight availability and worked to get everything in place so we could be out the door with our new car. We worked with Marcy Davis for our financing and have never had such a fantastic experience working through financing. When we have to replace our other car we will be coming back to Toyota of Des Moines. More

Switching to a Toyota We previously had 2 Nissan Muranos. We wanted a hybrid SUV and they didn't have one. My husband decided we should look at the RAV 4. We stopped to dri We previously had 2 Nissan Muranos. We wanted a hybrid SUV and they didn't have one. My husband decided we should look at the RAV 4. We stopped to drive one to see if we liked it. Dan Murray our salesman went out of his way to compare the RAV and the Highlander hybrids and see which was the right fit for us. We decided on the Highlander for various reasons and Dan took us to about every one on the lot until we found the right one. He helped us make a better color choice given that we live on a gravel road and found one with better wheels and door trim. Dan was so knowledgeable and pleasant. You have a great salesman there! Then Jonathon Ewing in finance was wonderful also. He answered our questions and didn't make us feel stupid for forgetting the title to the Murano. It's not like we haven't done this before!!! Before we left we had Spencer to explain the bells and whistles of our vehicle. While we still have a few questions he did a fantastic job also. After we drive it for awhile we might get those questions answered. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Great team there! More
