This started from the moment I walked in the door arranging a shuttle and that there was some coffee available. What happens next is 2 weeks of Toyota standing up for our interest (all State insurance was being a pain), providing a loaner vehicle, communication status changes, help letting the insurance moving forward and flexible scheduling around holidays to get the vehicle back.
