I was looking for a car on the internet and I came across Toyota of Wallingford. I made an appointment with Dan Roberts to see a car I really liked for my daughter. I went with my husband and daughter but when we got to the dealer, everything changed for the better because we ended up buying a better car: 09 Camry. Dan was very courteous and he made us feel like family. We felt the same way with Gloria Fernandez. She was very nice and helpful with everything; she even helped us get a low interest rate with the Finance Director Sohail Butt who was also a very nice guy. I love all three of them. I would really really recommend this dealer to anyone. This is the first time I could say the whole deal went through smoothly with no hidden fees, surprises of any kind, or pressure from any body. To the dealer I would give you this advice: Put Gloria on the Spanish channel "Univision" to bring more buyers because she has her way with words. I have seen Gloria on TeleMundo as well.
