Overall, I had a very good experience with Toyota of Wallingford. I originally contacted them online for a price quote (after I had already test driven the model I decided I wanted to buy at another dea Wallingford. When I drove the 35 miles to Wallingford and met with Ron Jackson, he was efficient, courteous and didn't patronize me (I'm a woman) or waste my time, which I really appreciated. In the end, it came down to two dealerships; although Toyota of Wallingford was not the cheaper of the two, I had a better overall feeling about that dealership and their reputation. When I went to pick up the car, Dan Roberts was fantastic (even washed the dead bug detritus off my old license plates before putting them on my new car), even promising to meet me at a later date closer to my home to show me the Bluetooth and enTune navigation system. However, he did not call. After I emailed Ron Jackson, Dan called me, and we set up a time to meet in Milford. Literally 10 minutes before the meeting time, Dan called me to say he was stuck at work and would call me the next day to reschedule. He never did; as a result, I have only rudimentary understanding of the enTune system and cannot make calls from the Bluetooth system in my car. More

We had a GREAT experience at Toyota of Wallingford. My husband and I wanted to trade in our Toyota Sienna Mini-van that we owned for 5 years for something new. Our kids loved all the options we had in our mini van and were unsure if they could like a car as much as the van. I know that it could be hard to shop for a car with kids, however for us it is a family choice. Ron and the staff were so understanding and accommodating to the kids. Not knowing what kind of car we wanted, Ron showed us several different ones. At the point when I thought we were probably confusing the salesman as to what car we wanted, he turned to us and said " I got it, I know exactly what you are looking for". Ron was right! He was listening to all of our family needs in a car, he brought us over to the Highlander it has leather seats, navigation, blue tooth , moon roof and third row. We were sold!! Thank you Ron for helping us pick our new family car. WE LOVE IT! More

When I was ready to make the purchase Dan took me on an extended test drive. His knowledge of all features on the car especially the technology has helped me to utilize the features fully. More
