The car I found was shipped from another dealer. When it arrived it had a “ hold sale “ sign in the front seat. Problem was no one could tell me why. Finally I was told that it was to check a wire h When it arrived it had a “ hold sale “ sign in the front seat. Problem was no one could tell me why. Finally I was told that it was to check a wire harness that was found to be fine. Another problem popped up when I came to pick up the car. My smart phone would not pair with the car. After several attempts service decided to keep the car to do a diagnostic test that wouldn’t be possible until Monday. Corey from service was great keeping me informed. Ziegler’s service department worked tirelessly with BMW locating the problem, replacing a computer module, reprogramming it and getting it working properly. Although the whole ordeal was very frustrating both my salesman Dan Schedler and Corey Kazienko service advisor, were totally professional and very understanding during this unfortunate situation. They both deserve a gold star. More

If you need a BMW, go to a different dealership. Absolutely terrible experience with them. I ordered 2 vehicles from them months ago, one for myself and one for father. My dad's order was screwed up and mine was delayed over and over. Never got my car. Terrible communication from the sales department. Was told the manager would call back but never did. Ended up canceling my order. More

The salesman Dan was okay until he changed the price of vehicles warranty, he said to upgrade warranty would not be additional if we agreed to purchase vehicle, however upon arrival to purchase he increase vehicles warranty, he said to upgrade warranty would not be additional if we agreed to purchase vehicle, however upon arrival to purchase he increased price by $800. After going back and forth I regrettably agreed to pay $400. For what I was told was included in original price. I felt he was not fair or honest. More
