He made everything feel easy and stress-free, which I really appreciated. What stood out the most was how much he genuinely cared. When there was a chance of bad weather, he even took it upon himself to make sure my car was put in the shop to keep it protected. That level of thoughtfulness and going above and beyond says a lot about the kind of person he is. I also want to mention Jabin, the finance manager, who was incredibly nice and made the financing process smooth and easy for us. He helped us out as much as possible and made sure everything was handled efficiently without any added stress.
