I would venture to say that most people really don't enjoy the process of buying a car. Between buyer and seller, there's usually some kind of gap in expectations. Such was true in my case, however I enjoy the process of buying a car. Between buyer and seller, there's usually some kind of gap in expectations. Such was true in my case, however I did find Four Stars Nissan of Denton to be more transparent with information details. As an example, I appreciated the clarity of information pertaining to dealer add-on options versus those included by the manufacturer. Dan and Jakob in sales were good to work with as were Jabin and Scott in the finance department. Two years of complementary oil & filter changes was also a nice perk. All in all, I would certainly look to do business with them if ever we are in the market to purchase another new Nissan. More

I’ve been shopping around DFW for a Tacoma for about a month - new and used - and Dan listened to my needs and found vehicles that matched. He pulled ZERO punches and had done his homework on the vehicle of interest. The rest of the team at Four Stars Nissan was non-pressure as well throughout - even through the Finance department. Sadly, there remain car dealerships intent on taking advantage at every opportunity. Four Stars (and Dan in particular) seems to have left that behind. Good on them! More

Super nice, super easy, not pushy, very easy and relaxed experience. Sales associate Cameron Myers was extremely knowledgeable, answered all my questions right away…did not have to look something up, friend experience. Sales associate Cameron Myers was extremely knowledgeable, answered all my questions right away…did not have to look something up, friendly, easy to talk to which made the entire experience more personal than just strictly business, Manager Kendrick Jones again was friendly, helpful, easy to deal with. I did a trade in and I am happy with the price on that and the final deal altogether. Then on to finance, Scott Brown, also easy to talk to, friendly, helpful….him being a biker was a plus, gave me something to talk about, which we did so made it more personal and not all business. Came back a couple days later with question for Cameron on how to operate stuff, he was more than helpful and knowledgeable, and eager to explain…which was great as the owners manual is not that easy to navigate. Bottom line I can’t find any negatives, and would highly recommend this dealership. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. More
