From the very start, Dan and Amanda were exceptional. Super nice friendly people. I didn't feel overwhelmed at all (okay maybe a little bit when I first arrived) but once I went through the doors and they greeted me and all my anxiety went away. I know nothing about Philadelphia when it comes to car dealerships but I highly recommend Chapman. I found my vehicle through carfax.com which lead me to Chapman. I highly recommend them and also recommend dealing with Amanda and Dan. I can't forget Mary in fiance. They definitely have a customer for life 💗 More

The buying experience went well. The breakdown occurred once I left the property. The $70k truck that I bought had bad front-end alignment which I realized within 5 minutes of leav The breakdown occurred once I left the property. The $70k truck that I bought had bad front-end alignment which I realized within 5 minutes of leaving the dealership. Had it not been late at night and the start of a 90 minute drive home, I would have returned to the dealership. Then a piece of trim on the roof that was not installed properly got ripped off. I called the dealership and they refused to stand behind their product and fix either item. I was shocked at their response. I will not return to a dealership that only cares about making the sale and not standing behind their product after the sale. More
