Joe Vogt my salesperson was exceptionally nice and welcoming, I felt like I was dealing with a trusted friend even though we just met. I had the same experience with Dan Sullivan the finance person. I could not be any happier with my purchase and experience. I loved the no haggling, honest, dealing. I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone I know looking to purchase a car. More

Outstanding dealership I had no prior experience with Cancila Dodge. Happened to be driving by and we decided to go in after meeting with car dealerships all day. Jim Scruton was my salesman and I give him high marks because he knows his products and put his customer first. I bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee from him. He is unlike other sales people in that will not show you things you can't afford and don't want. I received excellent service from everyone . Cancila is a well run operation. More

Arick Heffner is very knowledgeable across all of the Chrysler and Dodge products...There was zero pressure, no low ball trade offer, and all the advertised rebates were honored. Also, in my experience with the Finance Managers across all of my car buying events, I was less than impressed..Multiple times it almost stopped the deal.. The finance person I dealt with at Marty Cancila Chrysler Dodge was great -- Dan was very personable and 100% committed to making my experience with him great. I honestly was going into this deal with a stipulation that if anyone treated me at least a bit slighted, I was walking... Honestly, if you want a great experience, go to these guys. More

Best dealership experience EVER! This is the best experience I have ever had at a dealership! There are so many things I was thrilled about. I was treated like a valued guest at a 5 This is the best experience I have ever had at a dealership! There are so many things I was thrilled about. I was treated like a valued guest at a 5 star hotel, except it was a car dealership! Here are some of the reasons why I loved my experience... My two kids and I were greeted with a friendly welcome by Tristan. There was zero pressure and he tried very hard to find the vehicle I was looking for. I was surprised that no one tried to sell me the most expensive vehicle they had to start. They asked what I was looking for and tried to find me the least expensive deal for me first! Couldn't quite find the right match so I was introduced to the floor manager Jordan who was an amazing sales professional. He was very personable and even interacted with my children. We weren't able to find a "like new vehicle" so he offered to see what he could do on a truck sitting on the showroom floor. When I walked in I had admired the truck but never thought I could afford it. Jordan worked his magic and much to my surprise they were able to get the truck for me in my budget range. I then met Dan the "finance guy" and he was also extremely professional and personable. I felt like he treated me like family and he was very honest. He helped me make decisions on extra coverage but there was no pressure to "sell me" all the extras. We also came in contact with other employees here and there and everyone stopped and talked to my children and myself. We felt very comfortable and appreciated the whole visit. I have to say though, the MVP of the experience was definitely Jordan. I work in a customer service industry myself and I was blown away by his skill at creating an outstanding customer experience. His talent is very rare and I plan to use my experience with him as an example with my own employees to illustrate what great customer service looks like. One last thing that I thought was very admirable, Jordan and Tristan offered to follow me all the way home with my old car so I could drive the new truck home myself and not have to make arrangements later to come back and get it. That was definitely going above and beyond in my book! Jordan also followed up via email after the sale, just to see if I was still happy with my purchase and to find out if I had any questions. I have been a Ford customer for 22 years but decided to switch to Dodge due to my favorite Ford truck body style being discontinued. After the experience I had a Marty Cancila and the awesome truck I now own, I already feel like a part of the Dodge family. I plan to make Marty Cancila my go to place for vehicles from now on. Thank you all at the dealership for such a wonderful experience! More
