Its a big purchase and you want every phase to be pleasant so that you walk away feeling happy for years t Lets face it- Buying a car is a big event. Its a big purchase and you want every phase to be pleasant so that you walk away feeling happy for years to come. That means each aspect of the car buying experience needs to be customer focused. Acura of Brookfield is amazing at this, and I need to point out that the service department at Acura of Brookfield is even more amazing. They take care of everything from the moment you drive up. If you're waiting, the amenities are wonderful. If you need a loaner car, they are happy to give you one, and they clearly explain everything. Acura makes supreme vehicles, but its the service department that has made me a repeat customer. Thank you! More

Dan Surges was Very helpful as usual! Had oil problems(never got letter from Acura-bad rings),but Dan arranged Acura to pay for new rings,pistons,etc. Very satisfied! Customer First Focus / Award Winning Team! We live over an hour from this dealership - and purchased our Pre-Owned 2010 Acura RL from ACURA of Brookfield last July 2016. During this early stage We live over an hour from this dealership - and purchased our Pre-Owned 2010 Acura RL from ACURA of Brookfield last July 2016. During this early stage the new facility construction was underway, and due to our needs we partnered with Mike Baker as our "Sales" person. He took ownership of our experience & saw to it that our concerns were addressed. As the dealership manager Mike Baker is VERY approachable, Genuinely Concerned and has been very interested in EACH/EVERY interaction we have had within the dealership from the day we took delivery & again during our scheduled maintenance visit. Upon entry into the service area, 3 times I was greeted, and this put my mind at ease to know that my arrival was appreciated & that my time was valued! Dan Surges (Service Advisor) was extremely helpful in tending to the details of our recent maintenance concerns. He did an outstanding job, making sure I was informed throughout my wait - kept our budget in mind & even walked me to the cashier sending me off with a sincere "THANK YOU!" We could take our vehicle anywhere to be serviced, but having this experience takes away any thoughts of going elsewhere for service on our ACURA. In today's marketplace, it is so wonderful to know that SERVICE BEFORE / DURING / AFTER THE SALE lives and thrives here! While waiting for my scheduled maintenance, I was fortunate to interact with David Seeling on the showroom floor. He had a firm knowledge of the vehicles (Past & Present,) and did not pressure me one bit. This is a treat in itself! Aspyn Breuer (Client Service Rep) was very efficient in cashiering and wanted to be sure I understood my charges, & was completely satisfied with my experience- Genuinely. WOW!! I drove away feeling that here was no better way to improve my experience. This is something to be celebrated! I consider myself to be VERY customer service focused & have felt TRULY appreciated since the very beginning & right up to today. Kudos TEAM!! What an AMAZING experience you have shown me! Stunningly Immaculate facility - exemplary customer focus! WOW!! More

After 2-3 weeks lapsed, I escalated my concerns to Acura Corporate who did an excellent job facilitating a response from the dealership. More
