Chis W. has always been our- go-to Advisor, but was tied up when my wife arrived, so Brandon C. jumped in to get the car quickly into the shop. Before she left, manager Dan Vaughn stopped by and added some value with a no-charge wiper changeover. Winterization of our GMC Terrain complete on time, and at the quoted price. We have consistent excellent customer service from the Buick-GMC Service team. Immediately after completion, my husband got the niftiest short video of the brake components and the impending wear,e-mailed to our home PC, so we could plan on a front brake job in the Spring. What a cool feature! More

Dropped my vehicle off for service. took a day longer than expected. When I picked vehicle up I inspected the work they did and it was sub par. Wires were laying across the exhaust they took a day longer than expected. When I picked vehicle up I inspected the work they did and it was sub par. Wires were laying across the exhaust they just replaced. Harnesses were left out of place clips were broken. The worst part was the studs that hold the exhaust in place were broke off. After finding these issues the dealership did absolute bare minimum to resolve the issue and keep me as a customer. I personally will not waste my time going back. More
