We purchased a brand new 130 Defender and someone wrecked at the dealership. We had it less than a week. I believe we were all stressed, but the team put all their thoughts together and made everything worko at the dealership. We had it less than a week. I believe we were all stressed, but the team put all their thoughts together and made everything workout so well. This now is the third car we purchased in two years from them. I would highly recommend them to anyone. This accident showed how they care about their clients not just as a sale but a person. Words can't express what was done to make things right. Neil our sales agent had our back and was calm the whole time. Great teamwork. More

Dana is the best service advisor I have had for years. She listened and made notes about each of my concerns. My Range Rover was there for awhile and she stayed in touch with me keeping me updated through She listened and made notes about each of my concerns. My Range Rover was there for awhile and she stayed in touch with me keeping me updated throughout. I will follow her for any services I need. I was considering another brand of cars because of the bad service I received at Sacramento Land Rover, but now I will stay with Land Rover because of Dana Brophy! I have always felt that a sales department will make the first sale, but the service department makes for customer retention. More
