Dana is my go to guy whether its for my commercial vehicles or my personal. All of Suburban staff is above average compared to my experiences with other makes but when it comes time to sign the paperw vehicles or my personal. Dana was phenomenal to work with. He came highly recommended by another local business owner, like myself. Great Experience! After recommendations from numerous friends/co-workers, I contacted Dana Waxler to located a vehicle for me. Dana was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond. He was not the "normal" dealer. I also had contact with Don, the sales manager. He was great to work with as well. Our family took a trip right after purchasing our vehicle and experienced a mechanical issue. I dropped it at the Suburban Ford service center and was contacted by Dave. Prompt and courteous attention and got me back on the road quickly! After my experience with these three guys, I will make Suburban Ford my #1 stop for our family vehicle needs! Thank you!!!! More

car wouldn't start I called Dana to let him know I was bringing my lease of just over 2 years in as I thought something electrical was wrong. I was able to just drop off as had a ride and it was late Friday evening. Nathan Bolton took care of me in the service department. He called me the next morning and told me there was a bad cell in the battery and it would be ready for pick up by 10:30 am. More
