It's the people at Glanzmann I recently bought three certified off-lease, low-mile vehicles from Glanzmann Subaru all within a two-month period! This was certainly not something m I recently bought three certified off-lease, low-mile vehicles from Glanzmann Subaru all within a two-month period! This was certainly not something my wife and I set out to do. I’ll spare you all of the twists and turns of the story - but in short, there was a drive train problem with the first vehicle and I was involved in an accident with the second vehicle that totaled the car (we’re fine). All I can say is that Glanzmann Subaru, and Dana Goodman in particular, responded to each of these situations as though I was a member of his own family. He listened carefully and presented options that were real solutions to what was a difficult situation for us. His chief concern was that I know that Glanzmann Subaru would make things right and that I be fully satisfied with the final outcome. He and others at Glanzmann delivered on that 100%. I also want to single out Sean Wallace who guided us through the purchase of the vehicles – do yourself a favor and start with Sean when you’re looking for a new car! These two gentlemen are the best, as is Angad Channey who straightened out a service issue that was important to us.. Bottom line: things don’t always go according to plan – that’s when I realized how glad I was I chose Glanzmann Subaru. More

Best 4th of July Weekend Ever!! After searching for a WRX Premium Automatic we finally found one 289 miles away here in PA. I contacted Scott who set me up with Dana who set me up wi After searching for a WRX Premium Automatic we finally found one 289 miles away here in PA. I contacted Scott who set me up with Dana who set me up with Steve. lol it was confusing but they made it all happen!!! I saved 1.9% thanks to Dana. When got to the dealership everyone one was busy yet made time to welcome us with a bottle of cold water. Steve was great and explained the process step by step and answered a lot of questions. We drove the car and fell in love with it. As the deal was already made before with Dana, it was all about signing the papers. I would totally recommend this dealer ship and I would drive 3.5 hours again to do so. P.S. Thanks Todd for the Subaru T-Shirt!!! More

A rare individual who makes you feel like you're the only one in the room. You can only get this from years of service experience. I ended up getting a newer car from the dealership. Doug Fisher handled that. His calm approach to sales (his background is finance) made the buying process actually fun instead of stressful! He was also able to steer me to a good financed rate, his expertise in the spotlight here. Dana popped in during this process to meet me and offer any help if needed. Finally, John in finance helped me sign and initial and get the loan in order. I would recommend Glanzmann to anyone. They are Good All Around! Maury H. More

We felt like family We were in need of another vehicle when our car was totaled in an accident. So we started looking around for another vehicle I was set on getting a Subaru because or how reliable they are see my wife’s first car was a Subaru and we drove it for over 250,000 and we then sold it to a co-worker who was looking for a car for his daughter who then drove it for another 100,000 only to have it totaled in an accident. I don’t know why we stopped buying Subaru’s great cars but we straightened that out with our latest purchase. As I said our car was recently totaled and it left us with nothing for a down payment on a new purchase I had my mind set on a 2015-2017 Outback Limited with eyesight but I really wanted the safety feature but unfortunately I couldn’t find a vehicle in my price range without the mileage being so astronomically high so I had to face the facts that I had alter my choices. So my wife said we should try Glanzmann and she sent me a photo of the vehicle that we purchased a 2013 Subaru Outback limited and the guys was absolutely awesome Steve Horn and Dana Goodman were total rockstars! Even with my credit situation they didn’t make me feel like less of a person like other dealers had because of my credit. They understood that sometimes bad things happen to good people and they worked for 2 days to get the deal done and for their efforts we are forever thankful. My wife actually left her license there and another guy found it tracked down our number after the dealership had closed and offered to bring it to us on his way home even though it took him completely out of his way. So my wife even baked them some cookies which is a treat I rarely like to share but they definitely deserved it.... like I said we felt like family and they’re my car dealer from here going forward. More

Sean was our sales person and had a smile as big as the sun. We went over their certified inventory and test drove a Forester and Crosstrek. Although we were interested, we were unable to buy at that moment for personal, financial reasons, but knew in a few weeks we would. There was absolutely no pressure, nor were we made to feel any less valued. The dealership gave us a figure for our trade at that time. A few weeks later, we were ready to purchase. Our salesman was not in on Tues, but my husband was off, so he wanted to take a ride to another dealership, which was close to where he worked, about an hour or so from our home. We were greeted by a sales man there, who was OK, but a little less warm and the chemistry was definitely not the same. They had a car there we were interested in, but offered us thousands less for our trade than we had been offered at Glanzmann. Although their car had about 8k less miles on it and a few hundred $$s less but was otherwise identical to what we bought, we were not at all interested in trying to have a discussion. We went back to Glanzmann the next day and bought the same year, make, model and color car for almost the same price and although it was a few weeks later and a few hundred miles more on our trade, they gave us exactly what they said they would weeks before. The entire experience was pleasant, as was everyone we interacted with during the deal. We will service our new vehicle there, even though there are 2 other dealerships closer to home. More
